This site reports " Preliminary Observations of the Status of Shallow Water Reefs at Sandy Island, Carriacou, Grenada". It is an electronic version of a report submitted to the Grenada Board of Tourism & the Kido Project Environmental Station, Carriacou, on Oct. 29, 1996. I prepared the Web version in Sept, 1999, following a number of requests for copies of the report and photographs from Carriacouans.
