Archived Newsletters

The Halifax Field Naturalists have published a newsletter, generally four per year, since its inception in 1975. Issues will be posted as they are scanned and processed. Begun in April 2009, we expect to complete the archiving of all issues (133 to February, 2009) by about mid-2010or earlier. A comprehensive index will be prepared.

Materials may be reproduced or modified under the conditions of a Creative Commons License.

Depending on your browser version and how its configured, you may be able to read and seach the documents directly in the browser; alternatively, you may have to first download a document and then open it. *The searches may not be 100% accurate as all except the most recent issues are being prepared by scanning print documents and then OCR processing them (using Adobe Acrobat Pro).
