This is the special workshop originally scheduled for May that through misfortune had to be postponed. Special because of the number of knowledgeable and fun instructors, and small class. We're going all out for this workshop and those who sign on are sure to go home with a smile and the beginnings of their own Shiitake/oyster mushroom garden. Enrollment limited to 12.
