Question (abbreviated)

I am inquiring about the Use of Insecticidal Soap on lawns, in particular, to control chinch...

I am aware of a recent document (April 04) referring to the review of insecticidal soaps, but it says nothing about changing the USE of the soap...

If it is not now legal to use it (or to market it for that purpose), is there some way that a special permit for HRM could be issued for this year.

Response
Hello,

To have a list of products that are registered against a certain pest, you have to go to our search page, at

http://www.eddenet.pmra-arla.gc.ca/4.0/4.0.asp
In the appropriate space (Full Text), you can put key words like the name of the pest (chinch bugs) and "insecticidal soap".
